How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead, especially around the 1st and 15th of the month when moves spike. Last-minute? Call us — we'll do our best to fit you in.
What areas do you serve?
Free delivery throughout all of Nassau County, FL. We also service Duval County, Camden County (GA), and Baker County for a small delivery fee. Need a drop somewhere else in Northeast Florida or Southeast Georgia? Just ask.
How big are the totes and how much do they hold?
Each tote measures 28.6" L x 19.6" W x 15.2" H on the outside, with an interior of 22.98" L x 14.02" W x 14.30" H. That's bigger than a standard medium box — and they hold up to 75 lbs each. Rigid, sealed, and stackable.
What if I need to keep them longer than 2 weeks?
Just let us know. Weekly extensions are $40 (Tidepool), $60 (Shoreline), or $80 (Lighthouse). We'd rather extend than rush you.
Do I have to be home for delivery and pickup?
Nope. As long as we have safe access — a porch, garage, or gate code — we can drop off and collect without you being there.
Are the totes really sanitized?
Yes. Every tote is wiped down with food-safe sanitizer and inspected before it goes back out. If one shows up that isn't perfect, text us and we'll swap it.
How do I pay?
We invoice after delivery — card, Apple Pay, or Zelle. No deposit, no surprise fees.
